Days of our Lives spoilers promise a welcome visit from Paulina to Chanel…and a less welcome one from EJ to Johnny.

Chanel (Raven Bowens) signed the adoption papers for Sophia (Rachel Boyd) and Tate’s (Leo Howard) baby with great enthusiasm. Johnny (Carson Boatman) was a bit more hesitant. But maybe that’s because Chanel has Paulina (Jackée Harry) in her corner, reminding her precious daughter that she is the best at everything, and she’ll be the best mother ever, too.
And Johnny has EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). Not that EJ isn’t supportive of his son. EJ wants what’s best for Johnny and thinks he’s pretty swell, too. The difference is, Paulina commits crimes and everyone just pats her on the head and chuckles, “Oh, that wacky Paulina! What a card! How jolly!” Meanwhile, EJ commits crimes, and no one gives him the benefit of the doubt. Even when he asks for it, even when he begs for it, EJ keeps trying. He reaches out to Johnny. Will his son respond?

Blame Game
Leo (Greg Rikaart) loves gossip. He used to pretend it was for his job. He’s a journalist, you know. Now, he just likes to stir things up. And bite the hand that feeds him. Who cares that Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) is — reluctantly — giving Leo a place to shack up with Javi (Al Calderon)? Why should that stop him from accusing her of a crime? He’s a journalist, you know….
Surprise Part
The hospital fundraiser is over, right? That means Chad (Billy Flynn) and Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) have no reason to be in each other’s orbit anymore, do they? And yet, they keep bumping into each other. Especially now that Cat has something important to tell him. At the same time, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) gets desperate….
