Monday, July 13, 2026 – Episode #15420
Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) comforted Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins) at the hospital as Kelsey (Lena and Mira Chase) was being checked out. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) gave the baby a clean bill of health. Thanks to Joy, Alex learned Stephanie (Abigail Klein) had deleted her voicemail to him. Stephanie wondered if Joy caused the accident, but Kayla shut her down, saying Joy and Kelsey could have been killed. Kayla warned her daughter to control her actions. Alex called Stephanie out on her jealousy. Then he told her to leave the hospital. Stephanie was shocked at his behavior. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) lost it when she saw EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) visiting Rachel (Lorelei Olivia Mote). After Rachel left her own room, EJ and Kristen issued veiled threats against each other. EJ warned Kristen that time was running out for her. Lexie (Nikki Crawford) told Marlena (Deidre Hall) the truth about her condition. They shared a heartfelt goodbye as Marlena agreed not to tell Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) or Abe (James Reynolds). Lexie vowed they would not watch her die again. Kristen made Marlena promise to be there for Rachel if something happened to her, leaving Marlena worried. EJ found Lexie passed out on the floor of the DiMera mansion, but still breathing. Tuesday, July 14, 2026 – Episode #15421
Lexie alerted EJ that she was awake. EJ broke the news that Dr. Rolf was gone. Lexie was sad but vowed DiMera’s don’t die quietly. Theo gave Abe Paulina’s wedding ring and comforted his father. Abe informed Theo that he worked with EJ to keep him out as CEO of DiMera. Theo was upset and went to Small Bar. Abe and Lexie met up. Lexie expressed concern for Theo. Johnny (Carson Boatman) confronted EJ over his suspicions about the arsenic and Chanel’s (Raven Bowens) cancer. EJ blamed Paulina for the radiation poisoning she gave Chanel. Johnny warned his father to keep him out of his dirty deeds. Paulina visited Chanel, who admitted Johnny wasn’t interested in being physical with her. They talked about marriage as Paulina filled Chanel in on her nonexistent marriage to Abe. Paulina advised Chanel to turn up the heat with her husband, which she did, and it worked. Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) was upset when Foster (Miles Anderson) canceled their double date with Chad (Conner Floyd) and Belle (Martha Madison) to attend a Verdi concert. Marlena went instead and had a heartfelt conversation with Julie about moving on from John (Drake Hogestyn) and Doug (Bill Hayes). Foster sent Julie a message saying he was feeling better and asked her on another date. When Chad and Belle went to leave, a man handed her a concert program that he thought was hers. Belle noticed she already had her program and that the program the stranger handed her had a green piece of paper sticking out of it.
Wednesday, July 15, 2026 – Episode #15422
Joy suddenly had a neck brace on following the accident. Alex watched her struggle to get Kelsey up the steps of the Brady Pub, so he booked her a room at the Salem Inn. Joy feared she would hurt herself or Kelsey if they were alone. Alex agreed to stay the night and got her a nurse who would start the next day. Joy played up her injury as Alex helped with Kelsey. Stephanie was furious to learn Alex was spending the night with Joy and hung up on him. Theo and Stephanie drowned their sorrows at Small Bar. Stephanie invited Theo to sleep on her couch after he expressed, he didn’t want to see his father. Theo was hesitant at first, but eventually agreed after Stephanie said it would make her feel safer, since Alex wasn’t coming home. Leo spotted Javi and Gus (Michael Ocampo) making out in Horton Town Square. They had an awkward run-in. Later, Gus and Javi talked about Leo. Javi felt bad for Leo, but Gus declared it was Leo’s loss and his gain. Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) was angry Rafe (Galen Gering) wouldn’t help with her Gabi Chic knock-off problem. Gwen (Emily O’Brien) promised to help and filled Gabi in on her fistfight with Kristen. They ran into Leo in Horton Town Square. The three of them had drinks. Lexie’s condition worsened. Abe was shocked to learn Lexie was leaving town to visit her mother alone. Later in the park, Lexie informed Kristen that she was dying. Lexie also told her about EJ’s plan to send her to the DiMera island. Kristen was furious at EJ for both things. Marlena and Brady (Eric Martsolf) compared notes about Kristen and EJ. Brady filled her in on looking into DiMera Pharmaceuticals amid the Coriseal deaths. Holly (Ashley Puzemis) pushed Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) away because she didn’t believe that Holly didn’t take drugs. EJ visited Holly and promised to get Amy’s (Shi Ne Nielson) case against her dismissed. He made it clear he believed she didn’t do drugs. Holly appreciated him. Sarah found EJ in Holly’s room and kicked him out. When he was gone, Holly ripped into her aunt. Holly demanded Sarah leave because she stressed her out. EJ enjoyed some time with Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) and Felicity (Kennedy Garcia) in Horton Town Square. Felicity questioned EJ and Cat about their relationship. They avoided the question. EJ charmed the teen, which included an offer to drive his Lamborghini. Brady informed Sarah the reason there was no arsenic in his water sample was that Julie had the well decontaminated. Sarah grew frustrated over the lack of evidence against EJ. Marlena realized Cat was looking into EJ and gave her intel on the connection between EJ, the Coriseal issue, and the likely cover-up.

Gwen showed up for a training session with a shirtless Tate (Leo Howard). They got to work as Gwen complained about Xander, EJ, and Kristen. Ari (Vico Escorcia) visited Holly and gave her a much-needed distraction. Holly teased Ari about Aaron (Louis Tomeo), but Ari declared he wasn’t her type. They discussed family drama. Holly asked Xander to bring her a bag from home since she was being discharged. Later, Tate found drugs in the bag Xander brought Holly. EJ planted the drugs. Sarah was annoyed Holly turned to Xander. Kayla informed EJ that the hospital board was taking away his ownership. Xander and Sarah enjoyed rubbing it in that EJ lost the hospital. They also warned him they knew he was behind the tainted Coriseal. EJ denied all accusations. Alex was furious to see Theo sleeping on his couch. Theo woke up, and things got awkward. Stephanie thanked Theo for being there for her. Alex and Stephanie fought again over Joy. Stephanie finally admitted she gets hurt when Alex leaves to see Joy and Kelsey. Alex reassured Stephanie she’s the one for him. They kissed and made up. Abe and Theo also made up. They worried about Lexie visiting her mother alone. EJ and Abe learned that Stefano’s (Joseph Mascolo) inheritance had been disbursed. Gwen was thrilled to learn the hospital was hers. On her way to the hospital, a masked man grabbed her from behind and put something over her mouth.
