Days of Our Lives (DOOL) actress Judi Evans is best known for her star turn as Adrienne Johnson Kiriakis, sister of Patch Johnson and wife of Justin Kiriakis. She has portrayed the fan-favorite role on and off since 1986.
The character of Adrienne debuted as an abused young woman who ran away to Salem, where she became friends, and moved in with Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), the girlfriend of her brother Steven “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols).
Their abusive father Duke searched for Adrienne and found her, raping and beating her. In turn, she shot and killed him. She soon met Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth), nephew of Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and they later married in Greece.
Evans was born in Montebello, California, and she has three older brothers. Evans has been married to Michael Luciano since 1993 and the couple has one son, Austin, born May 26, 1996.
But did you know that along with being an Emmy Award-winning actor, Evans was once a baby clown in the circus? The actress spent her childhood traveling with her family circus as the baby clown. Both her parents were trapeze artists while her three older brothers juggled and handled props.
