Jordi Vilasuso Out At Days of Our Lives (DOOL)

The rumors have been swirling that a major member of one of the Days of Our Lives (DOOL) families would be leaving and now Soap Hub has learned who it is.

Sources say it’s Jordi Vilasuso who is out as Dario Hernandez. He will make his exit from the show sometime in August.

The show has certainly been sowing the seeds of a Dario departure as his new wife Abigail (Marci Miller) seems to be determined to get the goods on him. But she isn’t the only one.

Her cousin, the detective, is also keeping an eye on him. Hope (Kristian Alfonso) already alerted Abigail about a phone call she overheard about Dario coming into some money. Could it be he got his hands on the missing amulet and sold it?

And if Dario did get his hands on the missing amulet that Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) stole from Sonny (Freddie Smith) that night, does that mean that Dario was the one who killed Deimos? The timing certainly could work with his August departure.

This is another blow to the shrinking Hernandez family, who already lost their mother, father, and a sister. It now leaves just Gabi (Camila Banus) and Rafe (Galen Gering) to represent the family in Salem.

Vilasuso joined Days of Our Lives in 2015, replacing Francisco San Martin who left the role years before. The actor didn’t start airing until 2016, due to the show taping so far in advance.

The actor rose to soap opera fame as Tony Santos on Guiding Light and Griffin Castillo on All My Children.
