Sami’s on her way back to Days of Our Lives (DOOL), and Lucas is mending a broken heart. The timing certainly looks perfect for a Sami and Lucas reunion in Salem.
Enough time has passed since EJ’s (James Scott) death for Sami to move on, and Lucas could look to his ex to help him move on from Adrienne (Judi Evans).
After all, Sami and Lucas have found happiness in the past and, more importantly, they’ve remained friends despite their romantic ups and downs as a couple.

No, Been There, Done That
More than half, 58%, don’t want to see Sami and Lucas go down that same old road again. They’ve tried their hand at romance a few times. Heck, they even got married. But it wasn’t meant to be. The two characters make much better friends in your book.

Yes, They’re Made for Each Other
Some 25% of fans adamantly disagree. You think Sami and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) were made for each other. Now that they’re both free, they should give a relationship another chance.
The pair has two children together, Will and Ali, and a granddaughter, Arianna. It would be the perfect way to reunite their whole family.
Depends on the Story
The remaining 17% of you are on the fence about this one. You’ve seen Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas at their worst together, and you’ve seen them at their best together.
If they were to reunite for any reason, it would have to be scripted perfectly. If not, they’d just be setting themselves up for more heartbreak, which neither of them deserves and, frankly, you don’t want to see.
