Our April Fools Article for DAYS: Bo the Barber?

In the most shocking casting news of the year, Soap Hub has learned that Peter Reckell will be making his Days of Our Lives (DOOL) comeback.

However, our inside sources tell us he will NOT be playing Bo Brady.

That ship sailed in 2015 when Bo returned to Salem, killed Faux Aiden, made love to Hope, and died of a brain tumor in his Fancy Face’s arms all in a 24-hour period.

Instead, Reckell will play Bob The Barber, Salem’s newest male confidant–not to be confused with Chris The Bartender (who looks an awful lot like Roman The Bartender).

When Salem men need a cut and a shave–as well as the best advice in town–Bob will be there to counsel them on their love lives and maybe even tell them to get over Deimos cause obsessions are never a good thing.

Reckell will even bring back his trademark beard and trim it every sweeps period just to give you a touch of Bo and Bob combined.

Could Bob even be Bo’s long-lost twin? Caroline was always good at keeping secrets…

Just this week, the actor even tweeted that he could appear again sometime soon, but we never thought it would be back on our Salem screens.

Bob moves to Salem and opens his barber shop for business on April 1, 2017. And by the way, Happy April Fools!!!
