Round Up the Usual Suspects: Does JJ Need A REAL Love Interest On Days Of Our Lives?

On Days Of Our Lives, JJ broke up with Lani when he learned the baby she was carrying wasn’t his, but Eli’s. JJ also quit his job as a cop after accidentally shooting an unarmed Theo.

He became a paramedic, and he saved Haley (Thia Megia) from committing suicide on New Year’s Eve, just like JJ had tried to do the previous year when it was Gabi (Camila Banus) who came to the rescue. Which lead to Lani (Sal Stowers) sleeping with Eli (Lamon Archey) and the baby mess. But we digress.

It looked like JJ and Haley might be leading somewhere, but then Jack (Matthew Ashford) decided to exploit her immigration status, and Haley went off to marry Tripp (Lucas Adams), leaving JJ the odd man out. Again.

Of course, 93% of the audience cheers. And there are so many good options. Haley doesn’t really love Tripp. Gabi has been dumped by Chad (Billy Flynn). Lani and Eli may have exchanged I Love You’s but, honestly, who cares?

Any of those ladies would be great for JJ. Or how about somebody new? We realize Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) has her hands full, but how about someone who isn’t Rex’s (Kyle Lowler) brother, for a change?

What do all of JJ’s failed relationships have in common, a tiny 7% of you wonder? Bingo! It was JJ! The guy is just no good at it. Maybe he’s still got PTSD from sleeping with Paige… and her mom. Maybe he also has an issue since Paige’s mom is now kinda sleeping with JJ’s dad. Either way. He can’t handle a love story right now.
