Later, Alex And Stephanie decided to remain friends, but then Alex gave her a passionate goodnight kiss.

Chanel went to the Body and Soul offices to talk to Leo about the script but found Alex there instead. They flirted, kissed, and Alex pulled her onto the desk. Suddenly, Johnny appeared in a nightmare, shouting at Chanel for cheating, but then he woke up on the couch, realizing it was just a dream.

Later, Johnny saw Chanel on the phone. She said she was texting Felicity about the bakery and that he hadn’t come to bed the previous night. Johnny explained that he had been so busy blocking scenes that he passed out on the couch. When he asked how her back was, Chanel said it was still stiff but improving. As they talked, Johnny mentioned directing a bed scene with Chanel and Alex, which led Chanel to ask if he was feeling jealous again. Johnny assured her he wasn’t.

Meanwhile, Steve brought Kayla some coffee at the hospital and revealed that Mark had faked the DNA test results. Steve had Dr. Greene rerun the test, confirming that the woman believed to be “Abigail” wasn’t her. Concerned about the ethical implications, Kayla agreed to rerun the original tests to prove Mark’s deception.

In Horton Square, Mark was on the phone with Clyde, discussing his plan to kill Chad. He expressed doubts about the plan’s success but was reassured by Clyde. After the call, he met with Felicity, and they talked about how “Abigail” reminded her of their mother. Mark told her he needed to leave the country briefly but promised he wouldn’t be gone long.

Elsewhere, Stephanie and Alex woke up in bed together, but Stephanie immediately regretted it and rushed out. Later, Chanel asked Alex for help planning a surprise birthday party for Johnny, unaware that Johnny had overheard their conversation.

In the school hallway, Sophia told Tate how happy she was for him and his dad now that someone else had been arrested for the hit-and-run. Tate agreed but mentioned that Brady hadn’t been released yet. When he revealed that Fiona Cook was the real suspect, Sophia was shocked, exclaiming that she knew Fiona.

EJ escorted Fiona to a jail cell across from Brady and smugly informed Brady that he was still a suspect. He left them alone, and Brady, filled with anger, questioned how Fiona could betray Sarah like that. Fiona shrank under his anger, unable to defend herself.

Elsewhere, Xander stared at Victor’s portrait, expressing his regret over trusting Fiona again, despite all the pain she had caused. Sarah tried to comfort him, but Xander insisted that what Fiona had done to Sarah was far worse. They discussed their fears about Fiona’s confession to them and worried about what she might be telling the police. Xander emphasized the need to clear Brady’s name, not only for justice but also to obtain the serum from Kristen that could help Sarah walk again.

In Paris, “Abigail” spoke on the phone with Mark, confident that he would handle Clyde’s orders. She looked at herself in a wedding dress, preparing to marry Chad, telling herself she could do it for her mother. Chad, unaware of the truth, looked at their wedding photo and received a text from Kayla that read, “She’s not Abby.” However, he didn’t notice it before the ceremony.

In jail, Fiona tearfully confessed to Brady how she had panicked after hitting Sarah, but Brady was unmoved. He accused her of dragging him into a guilt-ridden nightmare and made it clear that he wanted nothing to do with her anymore. Fiona broke down in tears, while Brady sat in his cell, seething.

Sophia arrived at the Bistro while Ava read an article about Brady and Fiona. Without looking up, Ava reprimanded her for being late, even though it was by only three minutes. Despite this, Ava decided to let it slide for now. They discussed Brady’s vindication, and Sophia mentioned that she knew about it because of her close friendship with Tate. She also recalled serving Fiona, who had seemed nice but now regretted confiding in her, feeling once again isolated.

At school, Aaron ran up to Tate to congratulate him on Brady’s situation. Aaron asked what it meant for Tate and Holly, and Tate revealed that they had broken up because Holly had snooped for evidence against Brady and slapped Sophia. Aaron inquired whether that left Tate free to pursue Sophia, but Tate hesitated, unsure about his feelings for her or his chances of reconciling with Holly.

In Paris, JJ made a toast to the newlywed couple, apologizing for not reaching out to “Abigail” earlier. Holly, however, pointed out that “Abigail” had told her she spoke to her brother the previous night, leaving Chad and JJ confused. “Abigail” quickly agreed with Holly, but Chad became suspicious and demanded answers. Holly left, and JJ departed, allowing the couple to confront the situation.

Meanwhile, Kayla arrived at the Pub and confided in Roman that the woman with Chad wasn’t Abigail. A doctor had falsified the test results, and Kayla feared the consequences of the deception. Back in Paris, Mark retrieved a gun from a package under a café table, preparing to follow Clyde’s orders and kill Chad.
