With Stephanie (Abigail Klein) in the know about the forged letter, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) called Kate (Lauren Koslow) to let her know, while Stephanie decided to share what she learned with Sarah (Linsey Godfrey). Sarah wound up confronting Philip and Kate at Titan. Philip, in turn, managed to convince her not to tell Xander (Paul Telfer). You know, in case he set out for revenge.
When Chad (Billy Flynn) ran into Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) in the square, she told him that she decided to return to Salem to stay with Felicity (Kennedy Garcia) until she graduates.
Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) ran into Marlena (Deidre Hall), who shared what Cat had told her about Greece. While Kayla went to the hospital and wound up comforting Stephanie after her breakup, Steve comforted Marlena over missing her husband. Steve decided to call Shane (Charles Shaughnessy) to see if he could get in touch with John (the late Drake Hogestyn).

Leo (Greg Rikaart) interrupted Abe (James Reynolds) and Paulina’s (Jackee Harry) breakfast to let him know he plans on resurrecting Hattie’s (Deidre Hall) character. Abe fought it at first but, ultimately, decided to give Hattie another chance. They also discussed the latest on Lady Whistleblower’s identity, and Leo prepared himself to take her down.
Meanwhile, Kerry (Derek Yates) and Javi (Al Calderon) spent the morning together. Kerry admitted his love of Body & Soul and his disappointment with the reboot, giving him even more of a reason to secretly be Lady W.
At the DiMera Mansion, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) caught Arnold (Galen Gering) sneaking out of the walls and tried convincing him to leave again. Meanwhile, Jada (Elia Cantu) revealed to Shawn (Brandon Beemer) that something felt off with Rafe (Galen Gering). When Shawn suggested calling Steve, and she discovered he never sent Rafe on a mission, she realized the talk of a Black Patch mission was all EJ. Jada went to the mansion and confronted EJ

After Leo arrived at Rafe’s house hoping to send his PI on a mission to Rochester, his new pal Javi greeted him wearing his new “I Love Rochester” hoodie from Kerry. The two had a nice chat until Leo noticed Javi’s hoodie and left without saying anything. Assuming Javi was indeed Lady W, Leo called Abe to let him know.
At the DiMera Mansion, when Arnold emerged from the walls, Jada demanded they tell her what was going on. Arnold posed as Rafe while EJ came up with a new lie: he hired Rafe to find Sloan (ex-Jessica Serfaty).
Over at Titan, Philip was worried about Xander’s wrath until Xander came in and made a peace offering. Meanwhile, Sarah went to Stephanie and admitted she hadn’t told Xander the truth. In fact, she asked Stephanie to keep it all a secret. Later, Sarah reassured Philip that neither she nor Stephanie would reveal anything as long as he agreed to stay on Xander’s good side.

After Tate (Leo Howard) offered Holly (Ashley Puzemis) a bouquet of flowers as an apology for how things left off between them, Doug III (Peyton Meyer) showed up. Tate was noticeably suspicious, maybe even a tad jealous. When he left, Holly gave Doug III the money to settle his debt, and he assured her he’d repay her.
Elsewhere, Rachel (Finley Rose Slater) was caught breaking into a drawer to retrieve her confiscated phone. That’s when Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) broke the news that she and her father wanted her to go to therapy. Kristen finally talked her into it, but the second Rachel left the room, she packed a bag and ran away.
Leo informed Abe (James Reynolds) that he believed Javi was Lady W. When Marlena arrived at his door, he confided in her about the situation, while Gabi suggested to Javi that he let Leo go as a friend so that he would not lose Kerry as a boyfriend. However, Javi took a different approach, asking Kerry to respect his friendship with Leo just before Leo and Marlena arrived and discovered that Kerry was the one from Rochester.

After Leo learned that Kerry got Javi the hoodie from his trip home to Rochester, he asked the couple on a whim to join him and Marlena for lunch, where he decided to reveal his next – and also fake – storyline for B&S: a character getting possessed by the devil. Later, Kerry jumped at the chance to reveal the secret storyline to his Lady W readers, and as soon as Leo saw it, he barged in on Kerry and Javi in bed and announced that Lady W had been caught.
Meanwhile, Kristen barged in on Brady and Ava to inform him that Rachel was missing. The parents argued over why their daughter ran away while Marlena showed up to interfere.
After Holly gave Doug III the money to help pay off his debt, she insisted on accompanying him to a meeting with the thug. He declined, but when she followed him, the two were confronted by the thug. Doug III finally settled his debt and warned Holly to be careful of situations like that. He later called Leo in hopes of getting help paying Holly back, while she spotted Tate and Sophia in the square and insisted on seeing their ultrasound photo.
