Now that everything between them is all Kumbaya and smooth sailing, the brothers DiMera decide now’s the time to stage a coup against Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus).
It seems like they have the votes to oust her — EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) got his back from Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) is firmly on his kin’s side, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) wants to well and truly stick it to Gabi, Theo Carver wouldn’t dare vote against his precious uncles, and neither Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) nor Johnny wants to rock the boat — but appearances can be deceiving.
Gabi’s got Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Li Shin (Kumbaya) on her team; Peter Blake and Steve Hawk too…but it’s not enough. Enter Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), via video call, ready to shake things up!
DOOL Recap: Baby Mama Drama
Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) wants Belle Black Brady (Martha Madison) to pack up and relocate her dedicated home office, for the baby’s sake, and Belle wants Jan to deliver a happy healthy baby and then drop dead. We’re going to call this one a draw.

Days of our Lives Recap: Two Of A Kind
They have more pressing matters to deal with at the moment — see a paragraph or two above — but as soon as Li and Gabi get the whole DiMera CEO thing situated, they’re off for a romantic dinner. Turns out Li’s absolutely smitten with the Lady Boss, and Gabi’s interested in getting over Jake by getting underneath someone else. This one’s a win-win for both parties.

Allie (Lindsay Arnold) is all kinds of grateful to Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) for literally forgoing his life in order to give her a second chance…but she’s not so grateful that she wants him back as a lover.
