The DAYS recap for Tuesday, November 30, 2022, features a group of conspirators growing by two and sees a couple that very much is poised to never be again.
DAYS Recap Highlights
In this episode, Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) are disillusioned by their loved ones but choose to rally behind them. Elsewhere, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) learns that Nicole Walker Soon-To-No-Longer-Be-Hernandez’s (Arianne Zucker) meddling cost him his shot at fatherhood, and “Stole” got back on track. Now, let’s dig a little deeper into what exactly happened.
Days of our Lives Recap: Family First
Wendy knows exactly what Li Shin (Remington Hoffman) did to Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) noggin — or, at least, what he ordered Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) to do to Stefan’s noggin — and Li knows that Wendy knows, and yet they continued the dance.
What do you mean Rolf brainwashed Stefan? Why would he do that? And he said that I told him to do it? Why would he say that? Do you think that I could possibly do that little sister, wondered Li?
Of course, I do, replied Wendy. She’s always been able to tell when Li is being less than honest, going back to when they were children — and not only could she tell, but she had her ways of making him talk. Doesn’t Li remember her oh so helpful sharp poking stick? Does she need to find a replacement?

No, no, she does not. Li finally, and quite readily cops to it all. Yes, he found out that Rolf had been keeping Stefan on ice for years and years, and yes, he ordered Rolf to condition Stefan to hate Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus), and yes, he was the one who gave Rolf the order to inject Wendy and Johnny with CRS 17 — he’s really sorry about doing the latter, but he’s not at all sorry for what he did to Stefan and Gabi. He loves Gabi, LOVES her. He wants her, REALLY wants her. And he intends to have her, and Stefan was an impediment.
Besides, deep down, Gabi truly loves him and only him — does Wendy really want to cost Li his one shot at happiness with the one woman who he loves and that loves him back? No, no, Wendy does not.
DOOL Recap: Father’s Daze
Like Wendy before him, Johnny doesn’t want to take anything away from his father…well, anything else. After all, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) has lost the love of his life — that’s Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), even though EJ won’t admit it — and his mother. How could Johnny possibly take away the reigns of the family company and his father’s freedom and all so Stefan and Gabi could maybe work their way back to one another? He can’t. He just can’t.
DAYS Recap: Baby Talk
Jada has bad news and worse news for Eric. First, she’s no longer pregnant. Second, she’s no longer pregnant, not because she miscarried but because she chose to terminate the pregnancy. Thirdly, she did so after his main squeeze darkened her door and laid out all the problems that she’d face as a pseudo-single mother/career woman, not the least of which was being tied to a man who didn’t love her and constantly being in Nicole’s own orbit — who’d want that?
Days of Our Lives Recap: Destination Wedding
When Gabi came a calling (read: rudely interrupting), Stefan and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) politely tolerated her, and even agreed to come to her and Li’s wedding even though they’d rather do anything else. As if they wanted to be at the same venue as the likes of Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) — who did Chloe so very wrong — and his psychotic housemate. But they’d power through, just to make Gabi happy…or that’s what they said.
After Gabi stalked off, Stefan got Chloe to admit that she really, really didn’t want to sit through the nuptials, so he offered to whisk her away to an island paradise instead. Chloe happily agreed.
DOOL Recap: A Loaded Question
Brady had a warning to Nicole: don’t go out of her way to mess things up with Eric. Also, don’t look to his situation with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) as a harbinger of things to come. Sure, he dumped his girlfriend to play happy families with the woman he accidentally knocked up (remember, she was wearing a Nicole mask at the time), but that would never happen with Eric and Jada — he promises!
Nicole took some comfort in that, but any and all peace she found was summarily wiped out when Eric came barging in, demanding to know if she encouraged Jada to get an abortion.
