The Days of our Lives recaps for June 26 – June 30, 2023, featured planted evidence paying off, a best-laid plan seemingly going to pot, and so much more.
Whitley (Kim Coles) draws a blood sample from Abe (James Reynolds), collects his hospital I.D. bracelet, and tasks Jerry (Terrell Ransom Jr.) with going to the docks where he’s to splash the blood around, planting the bracelet and claiming he saw a man tumble into the water… Rafe (Galen Gering) and Jada (Elia Cantu) make love.
Harris (Steve Burton) resolves to stick it to Megan (Miranda Wilson) while she schemes with Li (Remington Hoffman) to do likewise… Stefan (Brandon Barash) begins to rumble that all is not well in his family home.
A gun-toting Harris is felled by a tranquilizer fired by Li; he’s later dragged to Dr. Rolf’s (Richard Wharton) lab… M.I.A. Abe is declared dead… Jerry’s attempts to extort Whitley backfire spectacularly.
Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) attempts to assuage her guilt by giving Eric (Greg Vaughan) what he most desires: a child of his own…In spite of prearranged plans with Wendy (Victoria Grace), Johnny (Carson Boatman) tends to a distraught Chanel (Raven Bowens)… Tripp (Lucas Adams) interests Wendy in a “micro-date”.
Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) discuss their respective loves… When news of Abe’s supposed passing reaches Eric, Sloan suggests he go and break the news to Nicole… Leo tries and fails to impress upon Gwen (Emily O’Brien) just how villainous Dimitri (Peter Porte) truly is… Xander (Paul Telfer) puts Dimitri on notice.
Eric is on hand to escort an ailing Nicole to the hospital…Chloe and Xander make love… Gwen forgoes accepting Dimitri’s marriage proposal — for the time being — but she does agree to attend Stefan and Gabi’s (Camila Banus) engagement party as his guest… Johnny interrupts Tripp and Wendy’s romantic interlude…
Nicole is assured that her baby is fine… Nicole and Eric share a fraught moment… Megan injects Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) with Rolf’s concocted memory-erasing drug. Leo discovers Kristen and EJ.
Kate (Lauren Koslow) is chagrined to learn that Megan is out and about and playing hostess at Stefan and Gabi’s engagement do… Harris crashes the festive event brandishing a gun. Megan’s preening soon gives way to horror when Harris points the weapon at her.
