Also, a no-go, bruising his massive ego…Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) almost did the deed, but Ava put the brakes on it but not before EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) barged in…The angry dad ordered the DiMera Family Enemy #1 out of the mansion, and Johnny insisted on going with her.

Something is not right in Salem, and all fingers point to Orpheus!

While Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) wasted no time hopping into bed with Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu), Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is plagued by dreams of his new bride, Nicole Walker Hernandez (Arianne Zucker), doing the nasty with her ex…Nicole poo-poos the notion but omit that she is having her own sexy fantasies about Eric…remembering what a wonderful photographer Eric is, Nicole decides to hire him for some layouts of Basic Black’s latest line…That can only spell trouble for the newlyweds!

Orpheus taunted John “Best Scowler In Daytime” Black (Drake Hogestyn), Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) from afar with a pre-recorded message insinuating that their lady loves would soon meet their maker. Post-taunt, Kayla vowed to find a cure for whatever mystery ailment sidelines her good friend Marlena, Kate, and herself…Miracles of miracles, Jada and Rafe managed to figure out where Orpheus was holed up and arrested the baddie…Unfortunately, not before he managed to poison the three ladies in peril…Just how much peril remains to be seen… Elsewhere, Eric reflected on his photography career that wasn’t, and out of the blue, his ex offered him a shutterbug job at Basic Black…He couldn’t refuse, and he didn’t.

Days of our Lives Recaps: Thursday, September 15

Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) took matters into her own hands and decided to take on her attorney’s arguing duties herself…while Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and co. were shocked, the presiding judge seemed amused and allowed it…Kristen called Chloe to the stand and painted the songstress as a manstealer, baby napper, and an all-around evil lady…Belle Brady (Martha Madison) laid down some perspective, scoring one for the good guys…Brady stepped up into the hot seat, and Kristen opened with a doozy: “Mr. Black, can you explain to me why you think it’s appropriate that our daughter be raised by a murderer?”… To be continued…

Chanel is all for love, regardless of sexuality…Age difference? Not so much. That’s just gross…Hypocrite? Yes, siree…And Allie railed against her sibling when Johnny asked for a place to stay before finally giving in…Oh, for the love of family…Speaking of family, back in the courtroom, with Brady on the stand, Kristen reminded the court that he was an ex-alcoholic, ex-drug addict, and a murdering murderer who offed Philip Kiriakis. And also, it is all Chloe’s fault. If he would just stop seeing her, the two could share Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) 50/50…Not on her life, according to Brady, who guessed Kristen was behind Stefan’s Lazarus impression.
