Ever since Will appeared in Lucas’s imagination in September, actor Chandler Massey has been listed as a Days of Our Lives guest player in the show’s closing credits.
Well, all that has changed now and as of yesterday, Massey’s name appeared with the rest of the contract DAYS players when the show ended, according to a keen observation from the Jason47 DAYS website. And this is for a very good reason–Paul sees him.
With the Salem gang in Memphis getting closer to finding Will (yet finding Susan Banks first), it turns out Paul is the first one to spot him when nobody else is around.
According to the November 13 issue of Soap Opera Digest, Paul and Lucas have words in a Memphis bar, but when Lucas leaves, Paul spots the face of a man he once had strong feelings for.
He calls out Will’s name, but not loud enough for him to hear him, so it doesn’t look like there’s any confrontation.
Besides, he’s interrupted by a call from John and then has no idea what to say.
So, it looks like he keeps the information to himself. He doesn’t want it to be real because he’s so afraid of losing Sonny, but real it is.
Massey said in the New York Post that Will is definitely alive with a medically realistic explanation (if Dr. Rolf is medically realistic, but we guess for soaps he is).
He also told Soap Opera Digest he’s there to stay, so it seems Paul’s sighting is indeed real. But, how long will he keep this news to himself?
Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
