The Days of Our Lives recap for September 21-25, 2020, features a lot of forward-moving momentum and just enough questions to peak the interest.
Days of Our Lives Recap Highlights
Boy, what a difference a week makes. Not only does Baby Boy Horton now have a name – Henry Lucas – but he also has a father, Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams), and a new address, thanks to Sami (Alison Sweeney) acquiescing to Eric’s (Greg Vaughan) proposal that the baby, Allie (Lindsay Arnold), and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) all move in together.
Just a few days ago, everybody was certain that Ciara (Victoria Konefal) had been roasted alive inside a bombed car and now, there’s more than a little hope that she’s actually out there in the world alive and well.
This time last week, there were a lot of questions concerning Gwen (Emily O’Brien) and her reasonings for drugging Abigail (Marcy Miller). Though the exact cause of Gwen’s ire still remains a mystery, we now know that she has a secret weapon, and a partner-in-crime, in the form of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay).
Problems? The People Of Salem Have A Few
In fact, the only other lingering problems that have yet to be resolved are John’s (Drake Hogestyn) continued outbursts and Kristen’s (Stacy Haiduk) status as a victim of the system…a term we’re using very, very loosely here.
Oh, and we’re still not exactly sure what Jan Spears’s (Heather Lindell) end game is. Seduce and destroy? Lull and conquer? Either way, poor innocent Claire (Isabel Durant) is clearly going to be caught in the crossfire.
DAYS Musings
You know the old saying about liquor loosening tongues and making people say what they really think and feel? Could the same be said for brain aneurisms? Perhaps John really does think that Sami is a lying bitch. Maybe he does really feel, deep down inside, that Steve (Stephen Nichols) has designs on Marlena (Deidre Hall). Days of Our Lives airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
