Soap secrets always have a way of coming out — particularly smack in the middle of a big event, like a wedding. And Rafe on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) has a whopper!
With Rafe (Galen Gering) and Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) big day fast approaching, the groom-to-be is still keeping mum about a major indiscretion — that one-night stand he had with Sami (Alison Sweeney) when he and Hope had briefly split up.
A few people know about it, and odds are one of them is bound to spill before Rafe and Hope actually say, “I Do.” But who will it be?
Ciara
Ciara (Victoria Konafel) has kept quiet, since finding out about the tryst, because she believes Rafe truly loves her mom. But as the wedding day approaches, she could have a change of heart.
Ciara and Hope have always been close, and she could start feeling guilty about keeping something so important from her mom. In the name of honesty, she might decide to ‘fess up.
Carrie
Blabbermouth Sami told her big sister, Carrie (Christie Clark), about her romp with Rafe, which probably wasn’t a good idea. While Sami’s all about lying and doing what’s best for her, Carrie’s all about honesty and doing what’s best for others.
She could decide that Hope has a right to know what went down between Sami and Rafe before she commits to him forever.

Will
Although Will doesn’t know about his mom’s fling with Rafe, he’s starting to realize something’s amiss. He’s already asked Hope if her engagement ring was Sami’s, and she told him it was a new one from Rafe.
What if, next time, Will mentions that he found that exact diamond sparkler on the floor in Sami’s hotel room. Hope could put two and two together, realize Rafe was there with Sami after their big fight, and start wondering what went down between them.
Rafe
Rafe’s guilt over what happened between him and Sami has been seriously weighing on him. He’s not the kind of guy who lies – about anything. That’s why he wanted to come clean with Hope, initially, but Sami convinced him not to.
As his and Hope’s wedding day approaches, Rafe might opt to reveal all himself, knowing it’s the right thing to do. Hopefully, Hope can forgive him, and they can move forward. If she can’t, he’ll have to work to win back her trust.
