Where would soaps be without unexpected pregnancies? Days Of Our Lives is certainly no slouch in the unexpected baby department.
Hope (Kristian Alfonso) was born while Doug (Bill Hayes) was married to Julie’s (Susan Seaforth Hayes) mom! Sami (Alison Sweeney) once carried a set of twins — with two different daddies! And remember what happened when Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) thought he was Thomas’ dad?
It’s only a matter of time before another heroine is knocked out to learn she’s knocked up. Who will it be? Over 17,000 fans took a pregnant pause:
Carrie-ing To Term
She’s not even on the canvas now, but 30% of the audience is expecting Carrie (Christie Clark) to turn up pregnant — presumably, from her one-night-stand with Rafe (Galen Gering). We do wonder what the story point would be. Doesn’t Rafe currently have his hands full with the baby, David, who might also be his?
Down the Lani
Only one percent fewer of you, 29%, are expecting for Lani (Sal Stowers) to turn up expecting. She lost the other baby David, and became a bit obsessed with Jordan’s (Chrishell Hartley) tyke, as a result.
Lani really wants another child, and she’s engaged to Eli (Lamon Archey), so nothing seems to be standing in their way. Of course, it doesn’t sound like anything particularly interesting is likely to happen, either.
The Wages of Cin
Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Ben are in love. They’re having sex. They’re being careful. But accidents happen. Ciara and Ben are too young to be parents. Hope will be furious.
But, on the other hand, there is something to be played in the story of Ben, who had such an awful upbringing, dealing with being a father himself. And 24% of the fans are here for it!
Hopeful Hayley
Only 15% of viewers voted for Hayley (Thia Megia). Does JJ really need a baby? And we don’t need to hear Eve (Kassie DePaiva) excoriate her for a so-called “anchor baby”, a la Eve’s obsession with illegal immigration.
