It was pretty close, but 40% of you claimed victory by asserting that it doesn’t matter whether Rafe did or not. He and Nicole are obviously destined to be together in the end, so it doesn’t matter if they slept together now or whether they’ll do it later. This is inevitable. Might as well get on with it.

Days of our Lives: Forget You
A smaller 35% of the audience agreed that this was the couple to root for, especially since Rafe went ahead and jumped into bed with Nicole without even checking in with Ava (Tamara Braun) about her side of the story regarding the dead body in his house. Granted, she had no excuse – or defense. But if he really cared about her, wouldn’t he have at least given her a chance to explain before moving on to the other woman?
DAYS: Go For It
Finally, 25% of Days of our Lives fans are cheering Rafe on. He was right not to give Ava a second thought. He was right to move on with the woman who is his destiny, instead of the one who was really only a pit-stop, a distraction. He was using her for her manicotti. Rafe needs to put himself first and do what’s best for him. Now, that may not be Nicole, but she sure hits the mark closer than Ava ever did. Hang out with her for a while. Until she inevitably cheats and moves on. And then Rafe can chastise himself for sleeping with her in the first place.
