There was a point in time when it seemed that Kristen DiMera was on the road to redemption. She had earned back Brady Black’s love, she was happily pregnant with their child, gave birth to Rachel Black, and thought all was right with the world — until Rachel was stolen from her and she was told she’d died. Then later, she stabbed Victor Kiriakis, whom she blamed for her torment.

That seemed like her last chance to live the life she said she wanted — and that moment feels like a million years ago at this point. So much has transpired since that has shown Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) to seemingly embrace her bad self. But can she turn it all around…again? Almost 4,000 fans weighed in as judge and jury.
DOOL: Salem Has Seen Worse
A solid 10% are laughing that you can even entertain the thought that there’s no shot at redemption for Kristen. Are you new to Salem? There are lots of baddies who go good (momentarily), and their fellow townsfolk seem to let them try. Check out Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), and so many others who are trying to go good and get another chance. It’s not too late for Kristen until she’s dead — and again, this is Salem — so even then, it might not be too late.

Then there’s the 17% who know how this ride turns out. Even if Kristen does redeem herself…somehow…miraculously…after being fine with killing three innocent women so she could be near her daughter again, you know it’s just a matter of time before she falls off the rails and ends up bad again. You’ve seen this trick before.
DAYS: Throw Away the Key
For 73% of you, Kristen is way past redemption and has been for some time. Despite her time with Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) at the nunnery, there is no good left in Kristen. She will never be able to redeem herself this time and you will laugh if she even tries…though you doubt she’ll even try at this point.
