If there’s one thing Days of Our Lives (DOOL) fans can agree on, the soap made one of the biggest mistakes in its history when it killed legacy character Will Horton.
It was one of the most gruesome murder scenes we’ve ever seen, but DAYS seemed to think Guy Wilson not catching on as a recast for the uber-popular Chandler Massey was justification for killing the character.
Now, news comes that Massey is returning to the role that won him three Daytime Emmys next fall. And, the always-gracious and talented Guy Wilson took to social media Monday afternoon to offer his thoughts on Will’s resurrection.
Calling him “one of the most important characters in daytime history,” the selfless actor affirmed that the soap NEEDS Will Horton, whether he or Massey plays the role.
