Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) fans have seen a lot of versions of Jennifer over the years. First, she as the adorable little girl with the crazy mother who put her on a truck heading out of Salem.
Then she was a teenage runaway, then she was an intrepid girl reporter, the Rosalind Russell to Jack’s Cary Grant. She was a wife, she was a mom, she was an addict.
These days, Jen is dating Eric (Greg Vaughn) and intrepidly reporting on how illegal drugs got into her son JJ’s (Casey Moss) house. Mama is out to make sure her baby boy doesn’t lose his job or his future because he did a favor for a friend – who isn’t even in town anymore.
Jen is being a bit of a steam-roller with this. She even threatened a social worker who had just told her a sad story about his sick son! Some would say she’s merely showing spunk. How do you feel about this version of Jen? Over 4000 fans voted!
Flashback
This is the Jen we remember, a landslide 94% of you cheer. This is the girl Jack fell for! Jen doesn’t sit on the sidelines, talking about other people’s problems. Jen gets things done!
And Jen certainly doesn’t let anyone hurt her family – no matter how sad their story!
Act Your Age
For 6%, however, Jen needs to stop acting like an ingenue and embrace her matronly side. She’s a grandmother, for Pete’s sake! Jen ought to be baking doughnuts for Thomas. You didn’t see Alice Horton running around, playing girl reporter, did you?
Stay Out Of It
And then there are the exactly 20 viewers who need Jen to mind her own business. You don’t like any version of her. And you certainly don’t need her messing up Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Eve (Kassie DePaiva)!
