An October Full Of SURPRISES On Days of Our Lives (DOOL)

If you thought Batty Ben was a surprise at the double wedding that wasn’t on Days of Our Lives (DOOL), you ain’t seen nothing yet.

October is full of more than just Halloween surprises and even features a return from the dead–or two.

This month marks the return of Alison Sweeney as Sami Brady, who we know is not dead, but makes her Salem comeback because she hears her precious Will may not actually be dead and needs to get to the bottom of this mystery.

Another not-so-dead character return comes in the form of Kassie DePaiva as Eve Larson. We have no idea what brings Eve to town this time, but perhaps learning Ben didn’t really kill Will gives her hope that he didn’t really kill her precious daughter, Paige, either.

It seems Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) brings another familiar face to the table in the form of newly-created flashbacks with his father, Clyde, that airs this week. Will James Read make another appearance this fall? Time will tell.

And of course, October also ushers in the return of Dr. Rolf (William Utay) who is good at bringing people back from the dead on Stefano’s orders. Does he have something to do with Will’s “resurrection?” It is a month for other-worldly and creepy events, so one never knows. Maybe he’s employed by Sami now.
