In addition to Sam’s funeral, General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, November 19, focus on Port Charles’s grief. For example, sisters Kristina and Molly unite to rally around Alexis. Plus, a miracle happens — Lulu wakes up.
RIP Sam McCall
Since Sam (Kelly Monaco) died, her loved ones have been grieving her, missing her, and contemplating how to move on without her. In Tuesday’s episode, Port Charles mourns Sam at her funeral.
Together, they will attempt to make a heartfelt farewell to the woman who lived her life with lots of love, adventure, and unpredictability. Sam made an impact in her roughly 21 years in Port Charles. She leaves behind two wonderful kids and a whole bunch of family, friends, and loved ones who were made better just by knowing her.

Family Grief Support
On the day of the funeral, Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) rally around Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Hopefully, they’ll be able to lead with peace and put aside their drama to support their mom. Kristina giving Molly a gift on Molly’s birthday will hopefully serve as a turning point for the sisters.

Relatability
Ava (Maura West) and Lucas (Van Hansis) find common ground. Sure, she’s his aunt, but they hardly talk, do they? As for a reason for this conversation, they both probably feel responsible for the death of another. In Lucas’s case, he was the one who operated on his sister Sam, so he feels guilty for her death. It didn’t get any better when Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) accused him of the same thing.

Coma Begone
While everyone is in major grief mode, a huge thing happens in the hospital. After a four-year coma, Lulu Spencer wakes up. Alexa Havins Bruening officially takes over the role (here’s how she prepared to play such a pivotal character). Do we simply see her open her eyes on Tuesday? Or will she attempt to talk to someone? Can she talk? And if she can, who is the first person she talks to?
