Does NICOLE Return…To Drive Theresa Away on Days of Our Lives?

Something big is about to happen in the Days of Our Lives (DOOL) custody battle, and it may change Brady’s life in ways he could never have imagined!

Spoilers reveal that near the end of next week, Eve (Kassie DePaiva) turns to Victor (John Aniston) for help with Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) custody trial — but then worries her plan will backfire. That got Soap Hub thinking about what this plan could be.

As Brady stands accused of killing Deimos (Vincent Irizarry), he tells Eve that it was Nicole (Arianne Zucker) who really stabbed him (or at least thinks she did). But he doesn’t want to turn her in.

Could Eve be asking Victor for help in finding Nicole so she could clear Brady’s name? The thing is, Nicole has far more on Brady too and bringing her back could open a big can of worms he may have wished to have remained hidden.

Don’t forget, he used Nicole’s “confession” to coerce her into breaking Eric’s (Greg Vaughan) heart and leaving town.

While such a move may not bother Eve, it might upset the court — and Theresa (Jen Lilley). It also could be just enough to win Theresa the full custody of their son she was seeking.

Published reports say that Kimberly (Patsy Pease) becomes ill. What if Theresa wins custody and leaves town with Tate? Between that and having Nicole back in Salem, Brady’s life could spin back out of control.

It would also be fascinating to see Eve and Nicole go at it. How could Eve really stick up for Brady after he threatened to separate Nicole from Holly if he didn’t do what she said? Can Eve really stand by him as she misses her own daughter so much?

And what about Eric? If Nicole returns and he learns what Brady did to make her leave, will he drop poor Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) in a heartbeat? While this is pure speculation based on spoilers (and the knowledge that Nicole IS returning sometime soon), Salem sure seems poised for some real fireworks any day!
