Stephen Nichols Previews Sweet(ness) Behind-The-Scenes Moment At DAYS

Stephen Nichols portrays Steve Johnson on Days of our Lives. Steve calls Kayla, portrayed by Mary Beth Evans, “Sweetness,” and Nichols recently previewed the sweetest behind-the-scenes moment between himself and his co-star.

How Sweet(ness) It Is

Nichols took to Instagram to share a cute video of himself and Evans on Salem’s hospital set. It appeared as if the two were running lines for an upcoming scene. He captioned the clip, “No question who the real godsend is here! Happy to wrap another week in Salem working with my Sweetness. #days #sheisthegodsend #patchandkaylaforever.”

In the video Evans said, “Aren’t you a Godsend, as always?” Nichols wondered if that was her line, and she said it was. Of course, he had the first line, which was, “Here Sweetness, I thought you could use this.”

The camera panned around, showing some more behind-the-scenes and a look at the crew as they prepared to film new episodes. While it’ll likely be a while before viewers get to see these scenes, we know we have some Patch and Kayla to look forward to in about half a year or so.
