The Stars Share Their Favorite 2024 Days of our Lives Memories

2024 was jam-packed full of stories, capers, romance, intrigue, and more on Days of Our Lives. There was the return of villainess Vivian Alamain and the almost (but not quite) return of Abigail. We watched Leo force himself down the path of redemption while many struggled (and continue to struggle) to be the heir of Victor Kiriakis. There were so many memorable moments in 2024 that several cast members were asked to pick their favorites.

Wilson Needed Some Coaching

DAYS wrote “As we close out the year, we reflect on the many storylines and moments we’ve had during 2024. What was your favorite?” on its official Instagram page. Eric Martsolf started off by talking about his character Brady, stating, “2024 has been very special for Brady this year because of his relationship with his son. It has developed significantly, and I love Brady’s relationship with Tate (Leo Howard), and it’s really fun getting him out of all the trouble that he’s been getting into,” he said through jokingly gritted teeth, adding, “I can’t wait to see what he does next year. I love you, son.”

Robert Scott Wilson (Alex) had trouble thinking of one, stating, “It would be so hard to choose when every day I get to work with Abigail [Klien, who plays Stephanie].” Hilariously, the camera panned to Klien holding up a sign stating, “Working with Abigail,” which she quickly discarded. Carson Boatman (Johnny) explained the celebration and taping of the 15,000th episode “was a really special day.” Paul Telfer explained that he loved having Serena Scott Thomas play Xander’s mother Fiona. “I’ve always wanted Zander to have a mum on the show and for it to happen the way it did, and for it to be Serena playing Fiona…It was just, it was just fantastic.”

No Spoilers, Please

Telfer also stated that he enjoyed Serena intruding on the double wedding, stating, “To have her just coming in and…laying waste to it all is fantastic.” Klein of course said her favorite was, “Working with Rob. He’s the best,” as the camera panned to Wilson eating some kind of blue pudding with a shocked look on his face. Because the show films so far ahead, Martha Madison (Belle) couldn’t reveal her favorite moment, “Because it hasn’t aired yet. But I can tell you, it was the most fun I’ve ever had on this show and you’ll see it all in August of 2025, so stay tuned.” (Find out who attended Day of Days this year.)

In a second Instagram video, Raven Bowens (Chanel) cited the 2024 Day of Days event as her favorite because, “It was just so great to meet all of the wonderful fans from all over the world and I’m so excited for next year to be even bigger because it’s gonna be year 60.” The cutest was Kennedy Garcia explaining her favorite scene as being when her character Felicity realized that Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) was really her sister, excitedly stating, “And I give her a hug and we have the best moment, so it’s kind of cute.”

Truly Touching

McCord also found that touching scene to be her favorite as well, remarking that it was “probably the sweetest moment I’ve ever had on a set ever in eternity, but definitely this year at Days of Our Lives.” She also noted that several crew and other behind-the-scenes people took snaps of the scene from different angles and shared them with her.

And Galen Gering (Rafe) had a similar response to Madison’s because the scene he filmed hadn’t aired yet, exclaiming, “It’s actually going to air right about the time when you guys see this video. So I can’t really tell you all of what it is because I’d be giving it away, but oh my God, it’s so crazy. You gotta watch it. You’re gonna freak out.” (Could this be Rafe’s surprise?)
