Some of your favorite actors from Days Of Our Lives attended a weekend of events in New Jersey. As they met with fans, they managed to drop a few hot hints about what’s coming up for their characters in the coming weeks and months.

The Joy Of Meeting Fans

Starstruck Fan Events welcomed Eric Martsolf (Brady), Emily O’Brien (Theresa), Starstruck Fan Events co-founder Paul Barotti, Stacy Haiduk (Kristen), Starstruck Fan Events co-founder Keith Holley, Paul Telfer (Xander), Shawn Christian (ex-Daniel) and Arianne Zucker (Nicole).

Zucker and Christian were together at the fan event, meeting viewers. Zucker (who detailed her lawsuit earlier this year) said, “We have had such a good time together at fan events. [I can be] honest and carefree. Everything I do is because of [the fans]. The tears, the work, the classes, everything. When I started I didn’t know how to maintain myself as a character [because Nicole had] no family on the show. I mean, I’ve had family come in and out but [Nicole] is not [from] an established family. I am so appreciative and [have such] gratitude I have in my heart [for the fans].”

“It always starts with gratitude and opportunity to actually break that barrier of the television and get to see them face to face,” Christian said. “That, for me, is one of the greatest things about these experiences.”

“I love coming to these because you do get to meet the fans you interact with on Instagram. Now I get to put a face to that. It is really lovely to be a part of it,” Haiduk said.

“I like to see the friendships that have formulated amongst the fans from coming to so many [events]. They have actually formed their own little circle of friendships outside of enjoying the show,” Martsolf noted.

As for O’Brien, she enjoyed learning more about DAYS from avid fans. “I forget that we are in people’s homes every day and they know more about the show than even I do. I love hearing all these details that they remember that I’ve forgotten. It is nice to feel the love.”

Besides the enjoyment he gets meeting the fans, these events tend to serve as a reminder of what has been filmed, versus what has been airing, due to DAYS’s advanced taping schedule.

“Because we film so far ahead of what it is [airing], it’s really nice to kind of reset, and be back with the audience as they’re experiencing the show,” Telfer explained. “It is just enough time, at least for me, to start to forget some of the details of what we shot. It is nice to reexperience that with them and hear some of their first reactions because they’re usually very similar to the cast’s first reaction when we shoot. We all have our own little theories and ideas about where [the storyline is] going.”
