Chrishell Stause’s run on Days of our Lives ended in abject misery — well, for her character, anyway. Poor Jordan was summarily dispatched by her child’s father not long after a car accident robbed her of her sanity. Luckily, the stunning actress has far more to celebrate.
And that’s because she was born on July 21, 1981, in Draffenville, Kentucky, which means that this talented soap hopper is turning 42 years old today! Stause made her professional acting debut on May 4, 2005, when she joined the cast of ABC’s All My Children.
On that soap, she played legacy character Amanda Dillion — a role previously played by actress Alexis Manta. Stause remained there until AMC’s September 2011 cancellation. Subsequently, she guest-starred in an episode of Body of Proof.
Between 2013 and 2015, Stause starred on Days of our Lives as Jordan Ridgeway, a role she would later reprise in a guest capacity from 2019 to 2020. She is also seen every once in a while in her brother Ben’s (Robert Scott Wilson) nightmares.
Among Stause’s other acting credits are episodes of Luke Meanwhile…, Mistresses, and Misguided, as well as a recurring role on The Young and the Restless (ex-Bethany Bryant), a starring role in Youthful Daze (ex-Zoey Miller), and parts in feature films like Scaring the Fish, The Crimson Mask, and Another Time.
Stause has worked as a real estate agent for The Oppenheim Group for the last few years, and her work in that field has been explored via the Netflix original reality series Selling Sunset.
