On the December 22 episode of Days of our Lives, Kristen was going mad with fever from her infection, while Peter shoved Theo hard enough to knock out his nephew and cause a head bleed. Oh, and Peter also has a vial of poisonous gas, in case any of his other prisoners feel like getting out of hand. Which of the DiMera hostages won’t escape the family crypt alive?

Key Takeaways

  • Peter won’t hesitate to kill a relative.
  • Kristen and Theo are already in danger.
  • Who annoys Peter the most?

Say What You Mean, and Mean What You Say

Peter (Dan Gauthier) spent a couple of minutes pretending to be as trapped as his siblings, but, within minutes, he admitted he was the kidnapper, shoved Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews), and whipped out a beaker full of poison, threatening to kill them all.

Since the poison would get him, too, we have to assume that Peter is so out of his mind, he’s willing to kill himself in order to win. And if he’s willing to kill himself, he most certainly would be willing to kill a relative.

Halfway There

But maybe Peter won’t have to do anything but sit back and wait. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) tried to dig her way to freedom, but her hand is now burning up with fever thanks to an infection. They don’t have any antibiotics, which means the infection could spread and overwhelm Kristin.

Then, at the end of the episode, Peter fought off Theo, causing his nephew to fall backwards and hit his head. The blood isn’t a particularly important symptom. The more shallow a scalp wound, the more it tends to bleed. But if Theo is unconscious, who knows if he’ll ever wake up?

Target Practice

But Peter doesn’t have much against Theo. And if he loves anyone, it’s Kristen. So who could he go after if he had his druthers?

EJ (Dan Feuerriegel), obviously. Peter already made it clear how much he hates the sibling who he claims is most like Stefano (Joseph Mascolo). Then again, Peter may have a use for EJ.

Tony (Thaao Penghlis), on the other hand, is the oldest son. He could be the biggest obstacle to whatever it is Peter wants. Getting rid of him may be the smartest call.

And then there’s Chad (Billy Flynn). He’s barely a DiMera, and he doesn’t want anything Peter does. Which means getting rid of him would be easy. Peter would make it clear he means business… without offing an actually useful family member.
