Days of Our Lives Oct. 31 Photo Recap: It's Deja Vu All Over Again for Halloween

It’s Halloween, so Days of Our Lives unleashed a very special themed episode on the masses. Thanks to Leo Stark, his nightmare serial killer terrorized Pineview, the town where Body & Soul is set. Stabbings happened one after the other, and in the end, the people who died…weren’t dead after all.

Clearly, Leo Stark is feeling the pressure of having a demanding job. He has a nightmare that folds in many of the Body & Soul players. The action revolved around a serial killer dubbed The Pineview Plunger. After all, the murderer used a knife to off their victims. This included Arrow (Alex Kiriakis), Faith (Chanel Dupree), Cassandra (Bonnie Kiriakis), Dr. Lamoray (Seth Burns), Miranda (Stephanie Johnson), Charlemagne De la Croix (Hattie), Commissioner Marshall (Abe Carver), and Detective John Hotson (Johnny DiMera).

Later, they somehow ended up on an island with a familiar name: Weivenip or Pineview, spelled backward. There, the newcomers encountered Lorna Delorean (Kate Roberts), Leo, and the Pineview Plunger, Dr. Marlena Evans.

Victim #1: Faith and somehow Arrow often seems to be holding the knife at the scene of the crimes.
Victim #2: Reagan Holloway, who happens to be Faith’s new rival for Arrow’s affections. Too bad in this nightmare, Faith and Reagan are both gone!
Arrow’s loved ones are dropping like flies. Victim #3: Cassandra, Arrow’s mother.
Dr. Lamoray doesn’t mean much to Arrow, but he’s Victim #4.
Victim #5: Miranda, who was kinda suspicious when we first saw her.
The Perpetrator/Serial Killer: Instead of the Salem Slasher, meet the Pineview Plunger. Because the killer plunges a knife into its victims.
Victims #6 and #7 are Charlemagne and Pineview’s police commissioner. Victim #8 is not pictured, that’s the detecttive that looks a lot like Johnny DiMera. Everybody dies…
And then they wake up on a tropical island in the middle of nowhere. Even Arrow died making him Victim #9.
Who else is on the island but Lorna DeLorean. She’s gathered all the suddenly alive victims and tells them they are on an island called Weivenip. How very Melaswen of them!
Faith and Arrow are reunited on the island and Arrow could care less about Reagan.
Finally, the culprit the entire time was Dr. Marlena Evans!
Even Leo Stark, the one whose nightmare this was, ends up on the island that spells Pineview backwards. But, alas, his nightmare ended. Now he can just worry about the pressures of being a head writer of a soap opera.
