FOX’s Celebrity Weakest Link is back with a star-packed lineup — and soap opera fans are in for a treat. Your favorite daytime actors from Days of our Lives, The Young and the Restless, and more are joining host Jane Lynch for themed episodes filled with reunions, nostalgia, and plenty of laughs.

Why Soap Fans Will Love It

This season is a daytime fan’s dream. With stars from DAYS, Y&R, Generations, Another World, Sunset Beach, One Life to Live, As The World Turns, and Santa Barbara all represented, it’s like stepping back into soap history — but with a primetime twist. Whether you’re tuning in for DAYS’ Jackée Harry’s quick wit, Y&Rs Vivica A. Fox’s soap-to-Hollywood journey, or Sherri Saum’s Sunset Beach throwback, Celebrity Weakest Link gives fans a chance to see their favorites in a whole new light.

Who Is Competing

Jackée Harry: Now DAYS’ Paulina Price, Harry first made her daytime mark as Lily Mason on AW (1983). She’ll appear in the “TV Moms” episode.

Taye Diggs: Before his primetime career, Diggs played Adrian “Sugar” Hill on Guiding Light in 1997. He returns for the “Holiday Heroes” competition.

Vivica A. Fox: Soap fans remember her as Maya Reubens on Generations (1989–1991) and as Stephanie Simmons on Y&R in 1994-1995. She’s part of the “Holiday Heroes” cast.

Sherri Saum: Saum starred as Vanessa Hart on Sunset Beach (1997–1999) and later as Keri Reynolds on OLTL (2001–2003). She’s also part of the “TV Moms” group.

Jason George: Fans may recall him as Michael Bourne on Sunset Beach (1997–1999) and from his long-running role as Ben Warren on both Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19. He’ll appear in the “Beloved TV Doctors” episode.

Melinda Clarke: Clarke played Faith Taylor on DAYS from 1989–1990 before primetime stardom. Clark starred on The OC as Julie Cooper and on The Vampire Diaries as Kelly Donovan. She’s back for the nostalgia-heavy “TV Moms” episode.

Scott Porter: Before Friday Night Lights, Porter briefly played Casey Hughes on ATWT in 2006. He joins the “High School Reunion” special.

Constance Marie: She starred as Nikki Alvarez on SB (1989-90) and joins the “TV Moms” lineup.

Monica Potter: The actress briefly took over the role of Sharon Newman on Y&R in 1994, now competing in the moms’ category.

Fans of the defunct FOX show Glee will be happy to see the cast reunited after facing so much tragedy with the deaths of Cory Monteith, Mark Salling, and Naya Rivera. Lynch hosts the show while her former castmates Max Adler, Dot-Marie Jones, Heather Morris, Alex Newell, Chord Overstreet, Amber Riley, Becca Tobin, and Jenna Ushkowitz will be also appearing.

Fans of The Real Housewives franchises will not be disappointed either during the episode titled “Ex-Wives Club,”, where Real Housewives alumni — including Cynthia Bailey, Vicki Gunvalson, Dorinda Medley, and Jill Zarin — bring their signature flair to the game.

Celebrity Weakest Link premieres Sunday, September 15, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on FOX. Episodes will be available the next day on Hulu, making it easy for fans to catch every moment.
