Here we go again—another forgery dealing with Xander’s claim to the Kiriakis fortune. Before it was, Theresa and Konstantin changed Victor’s heir to Alex. Now, it’s Vivian and Philip claiming that Victor wanted Philip to inherit his estate and all that it entailed. All was revealed in the Monday, November 4 episode of Days of Our Lives.
This whole forgery is unsurprising, considering it’s Vivian (Louise Sorel) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier). Philip has never shied away from being shady, and we all know what Vivian is capable of.
Let’s just hope the letter will hold up in a court of law. Honestly, as much as it would be great for Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) to walk again, it shouldn’t be at the expense of the family business. Even though Xander (Paul Telfer — DAYS’s October Performer of the Month) is Victor’s sole heir, he’s not thinking this through. To hand Titan over to Kristen is unacceptable.
Sarah wouldn’t want him to give up Titan. But he won’t listen to her. Instead, he will go to the ends of the earth to make sure she’s “whole” again. He’ll burn down the world to make it happen. He’ll even murder Philip. He said he would, and on top of that, he actually pulled the trigger. He had every intention of killing Philip. Disappointing.

At the Salem Inn, Kate (Lauren Koslow) thought she was about to face her son. Instead, she entered into an immediate confrontation with Vivian. Although Kate threatened to call the cops on Vivian, something else happened.
First, Vivian reminded Kate that she was Philip’s mother. Of course, Kate debunked that way of thinking with the truth about Vivian stealing her embryo. Second, Vivian admitted to forging the letter stating Victor (the late John Aniston) wanted to give the estate to his other son, Philip. Third, Vivian appealed to Kate’s shadier tendencies and asked her to come back to the dark side. This meant Vivian would give Kate a cut of the fortune.

And fourth, Vivian and Kate sealed the deal with a handshake. However, Kate is married to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). She has seemingly developed a sliver of a conscience. At The Pub, she was close to calling Jada (Elia Cantu). What will Kate do?
Finally, Philip was in on this mission from the very beginning and went into this scheme with his eyes wide open. He knew the letter was a forgery from the very beginning. Why is he always breaking the law? Maybe he and Xander have more in common than they think.
What did you think of the forged confirmation? Meanwhile, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) is banking on Brady (Eric Martsolf) not finding out that she’s asking for the world before giving that serum to Xander and Sarah. There’s also Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate (Leo Howard), who can’t manage to tell his ex that he slept with Sophia (Madelyn Kientz).
