Cat has been in Salem for nearly a year now, and this Days of our Lives newcomer has grown on Chabby fans. While some ship Cat with Chad, many believe another Salem hunk is Cat’s true soulmate.

After posing as Abigail and manipulating Chad (Billy Flynn), he eventually forgave the woman who revealed herself to be Cat (AnnaLynne McCord), the older sister of Felicity (Kennedy Garcia) and Aaron (Louis Tomeo). Now, Cat’s prior work with the ISA has come to light only to viewers, and she’s been assigned a case from Shane (Charles Shaughnessy).
Despite often being paired with Chad, even going on a skydiving date, it’s her new ISA partner that fans on X (formerly Twitter) really want her with.
“Pair up Rafe and Cat and send them away on an assignment,” one fan suggested, while another solidified, “How are you feeling about Rafe and Cat maybe becoming a couple? Seems like they are chem testing the couple. It works for me so far.”
When a DAYS fan account named @doolfan777451 put up a poll asking whether Cat should be with Chad, Rafe (Galen Gering), or EJ (Dan Feuerriegel), half of the responses chose Rafe. “So Cat going get with Rafe when Chad exits,” another viewer suggested, referring to Flynn’s exit as Chad before being replaced by The Young and the Restless alum Connor Floyd.
It’s about time Rafe get back on the horse after his messy breakup with Jada (Elia Cantu). Of course, that all could change if he learned he has a baby on the way with Sami (Alison Sweeney)…
