Days Of Our Lives Alum Emily O’Brien Undergoes Major Transformation

Emily O’Brien used to be a fixture on Days of Our Lives. However, it’s been a while since fans have seen her characters, Theresa or Gwen, on their TV screens. This means the actress can change up her style now that she’s a free agent. She recently revealed her major transformation. 

Getting the Big Chop

On Tuesday, October 15, O’Brien shared a new selfie on Instagram. She looked completely different with her short bob. The soap star wore a chunky black turtleneck. Her look was finished off with groomed brows and light pink lipstick. 

“Snip Snip ✂️ #italianbob,” O’Brien captioned the shot. 

The DAYS star snapped the shot from the driver’s seat. She looked like she just got out of the salon. O’Brien isn’t the only soap actress who’s transformed her look lately.

Looking Sleek and Chic

Most of O’Brien’s followers miss watching her on the Peacock soap. However, some fans are fully on board with her new hairstyle. O’Brien is ready to fall with her sleek new hairstyle. 

“You can wear any cut. They all look great on you!” one fan wrote. “So cute, how do you always look so perfect😍🙌👏❤️🔥,” another user noted. 

Actress Krizia Bajos commented, “Just when you think you can’t get even more beautiful. 😍😍”  Meanwhile, Stacy Haiduk (Kristen DiMera) simply commented, “❤️❤️❤️,” showing her love for O’Brien’s new look.

On August 8, O’Brien said goodbye to her character, Theresa Donovan. After playing two soap characters over the past five years, she said goodbye to the show. Her departure was emotional for everyone involved. 

Fans are looking forward to O’Brien’s next move. They would like to see her on another daytime soap. O’Brien hasn’t revealed her future plans, but it looks like she’s embracing the changes in her life. With her fresh look, she already marked a new season in her life and on the calendar.
