Usually, the DiMeras are the ones on the attack. But suddenly, they need to practice life on the defense. In the Thursday, September 19 episode of Days of Our Lives, their property and money became vulnerable assets. Will the family really be able to save their fortune and their mansion? We have questions.
Why is Clyde targeting the DiMera fortune this way?
Clyde (James Read) wants to steal the DiMera’s entire fortune. And he thinks he can get this through Fabby (AnnaLynne McCord) marrying Chad (Billy Flynn — who recently marked a major milestone)? Then what? How do they plan to get their hands on ALL the money? Sounds complicated and exhausting.
Who is Mark (Jonah Robinson) and Fabby’s mom?
The leverage Clyde has is the brother and sister’s “sweet mom.” He clearly threatened the woman’s life, so where is she? And most importantly, will she be someone plucked from DAYS past?

Is EJ really going to be the one to save the day and the DiMera mansion?
EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) did what, unfortunately, Roman (Josh Taylor) couldn’t do. He quickly found the bloody weapon on the ground. Now he has 2 1/2 minutes to put it all together. If that makeshift bomb Connie (Julie Dove) created goes off, well, some of that DiMera fortune Clyde wants will need to be used to rebuild.
What does Connie have in store for Stefan?
Connie also has it out for Stefan (Brandon Barash). Presumably, she feels killing Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) takes care of her revenge against him. No need to go after him with a knife to spiked drink, right?
Which memory is Fabby going to recollect?
According to teasers, on Friday, Fake Abigail recalls a special memory. In fact, we saw her little cheat sheet, which adds to the brutality of what she and Mark are doing. We get that she’s doing this to save her mom, but pretending to be someone’s back from the dead wife is just brutal.

What are they going to do about Steve?
Clearly, Steve (Stephen Nichols) smells something off with Fabigail. So what are Clyde, Mark, and Not!Abby going to do about him? Meanwhile, what will Steve do now that he’s chatted with Clyde? Will he double down on his suspicions? We know he will follow any lead he can.
How fast is this Chad and Fabby wedding going to happen?
Well, this special memory Fabby recalls must be a doozy because this wedding needs to happen immediately—that is, if everything goes according to Clyde’s timetable. However, the kids haven’t even been told about their “mom” yet. This isn’t going to end well.
