As the song goes, the future’s so bright for Jessica Serfaty, she’s got to wear shades — Ray-Bans, to be specific. The Days of our Lives actress, who plays attorney Sloan Petersen, has become engaged to Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio, the heir to Ray-Ban.
Jessica Serfaty Is Getting Married
The engagement news was broken by Page Six. Del Vecchio, 28, asked for Serfaty’s hand in marriage while they were on vacation at the Borgo Santandrea Luxury Hotel on the Amalfi coast in Italy. The groom is reportedly worth an estimated $3.8 billion and works for his family’s Luxottica Group SpA, which owns Sunglass Hut, LensCrafters, Oakley, Persol, and Oliver Peoples.
Del Vecchio’s ex-wife is Anna Castellini Baldisserra. They wed in a civil ceremony in 2021, had a large wedding ceremony in 2022, and divorced six months later.

In addition to DAYS, Serfaty’s credits include being a contestant on America’s Next Top Model and roles in The Ride and the Nick Loeb film Roe v. Wade. She was previously romantically linked to Ed Westwick (Gossip Girl). Serfaty was once engaged to Firefly CEO Kaan Gunay and dated Logan Paul (YouTube) and singer Niall Horan of One Direction. Serfaty has one son from a previous relationship.

Serfaty originated the role of Sloan Petersen in August 2022. She’s had quite a bit of storyline over the last 12 months. DAYS gave Sloan a dramatic backstory. Her late mother, Martha Bedford, died after falling off a roof. Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) had caused Martha’s death, and her mom, Paulina (Jackée Harry), covered it up. Sloan specifically came to Salem to avenge her mother’s death.
Sloan has represented a few characters who’ve gotten into legal jams including Leo (Greg Rikaart). On the on-screen romantic front, the attorney is currently trying to have a baby with boyfriend Eric (Greg Vaughan).
