Days of our Lives Alum Lindsay Arnold Celebrates Her Birthday

Although her alter ego on Days of our Lives has left her home in Salem and Chanel brokenhearted for a new life in New Zealand, actress Lindsay Arnold actually has a very special milestone worthy of feting.

And that’s because she was born on September 4, 1999, in New York. That means this talented daytime newcomer is turning 24 years old today! Arnold was bitten by the acting bug during her time at Pawling High School, and she subsequently appeared in several theatrical productions at the institution.

Afterward, she enrolled at New York University where she studied film. While there, she joined the acapella group Cleftomaniacs and continued with her acting endeavors. Eventually, all this culminated in the offer to join the Los Angeles-based soap opera Days of our Lives.

The Rise to Soap Stardom

Arnold made her debut on Days of our Lives in June 2020. Her character, Alice “Allie” Horton had last been played by twins Carolyn and Campbell Rose. For a time, Allie’s paternity was in question. Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) had slept with both EJ DiMera (then, James Scott; now, Dan Feuerriegel) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). However, she was eventually revealed to have been sired by Lucas. Her twin brother, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), was fathered by EJ.

In addition to several musical roles, including Fantine in Les Miserables, Joanne in Rent, and Sherrie in Rock of Ages, Lindsay Arnold’s credits include guest appearances in Law & Order: SVU and Blindspot, as well as featured part in the Hallmark film Romance at Reindeer Lodge.
