Unlike her Days of our Lives character Sarah Horton who recently kicked her significant other, Xander Cook, to the curb, Linsey Godfrey has welcomed a new family member into her home.

“Please welcome our newest addition to the family, sweet Evie! ❤️🐶,” Godfrey posted on Instagram, sharing photos and a video of her newest addition. “Evelyn Beatrice Godfrey.”
Like her mother, Evie looked completely comfortable posing for photos and seems to have already made herself at home. The pampered pooch is shown lounging at home, going for a walk, and waiting for a treat.

DAYS and former B&B castmates weighed in on Godfrey’s growing family. Martha Madison (Belle) gushed, “Sooooo cute!” Co-star Eric Martsolf (Brady) also chimed in, “Well, she’s adorable.” While DAYS’ Elia Cantu (Jada) welcomed the new pup. “😍😍😍 Hi Evie!!!!”
Former The Bold and the Beautiful co-star and good pal, Rena Sofer (ex-Quinn), recently fostered a pregnant four-legged friend named Iris from @4pawskiddorescue, and she was quick to add her thoughts. “So sweet!!”

Linsey Godfrey — A Lasting Impression
Godfrey first captivated daytime audiences as Caroline Spencer on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2012 and earned three Daytime Emmy nominations before leaving in October 2016. The actress returned to the soap opera on a recurring status from December 2016 through March 2018.
In July of 2018, she joined the cast of Days of our Lives as the character of Sarah Horton, a role that earned her another Daytime Emmy nod in 2019. Godfrey announced her departure from the show in March 2021. She returned in a surprise storyline in January 2022 as Sarah was being held captive by Kristen DiMera on DiMera Island.
Currently, back in Salem, Sarah is struggling with the end of her marriage to Xander (Paul Telfer). Xander, for his part, can’t seem to be truthful or stay out of trouble, and Sarah has had enough.
