The cliffhangers at the end of the Friday, October 25, episode of Days of Our Lives came one after the other. Each will cause immense chaos in different ways.
We still don’t understand how it happened. Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) and Brady’s (Eric Martsolf) memories were shaky, and Sarah lied, but why not let it play out in a court of law? Why just assume a judge or jury won’t convict? From the extensive legal dramas we have watched over the years, we know that many lawyers try not to see the inside of a courtroom. They will do anything to prevent it from happening. But this is so unserious. Why doesn’t Fiona get to pay for what she did?
Sarah finds out by wheeling herself into the middle of Horton Town Square, where Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) is openly flaunting her alcoholic ways. She’s sitting at a table with a martini glass in hand. She no longer has to hide. Man, she can look evil sometimes. So now the Kiriakis clan will have to deal with her unhinged self. What will that look like?

During the whole episode, Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) separately debate whether they want to get divorced. Clearly, they want to reunite, but before that happens, some mystery thug sneaks up behind Stefan and chokes him out. He’s unconscious, and hopefully not dead…again.
This cliffhanger now makes sense, given what we know about Brandon Barash’s exit from the show (find out the details here). Presumably, this has something to do with Vivian’s (Louise Sorel) return. Why doesn’t she want her son around? What will Stefan’s absence accomplish?

We’re not going to lie. We love Xander’s (Paul Telfer) love for Sarah. What we don’t love is what he’s willing to do for her — how far he’ll go to save her or get revenge in her name. This happened with his revenge kick with Brady. And now this serum business. Yes, it’s natural to want to do whatever it takes to restore your spouse’s life pre-accident. But give away Titan to Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and DiMera? It’s a selfish act that he had no business making.

So, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) coming in and filing an injunction to prevent Xander from giving away Titan is the best thing to happen. However, it looks like the DiMera brothers’ war is over, and those relentless shenanigans will now become an everyday thing for Xander and Philip and, ultimately, the entire Kiriakis family. There has to be another way to get that serum. Give that task to Brady. He can get it out of Kristen. There’s no need for Xander to give the family business away to the undeserving DiMeras.
