Kate Might Have a Change of Heart about Body & Soul
Kate (Lauren Koslow) showed up at Philip’s (John-Paul Lavoisier) hotel room and vented about the disasters plaguing Body & Soul. She sounded like she was on the verge of giving up. She felt like it had been one obstacle after another, and she wasn’t sure she wanted to keep things going. So this really could be the end of B&S.
Julie Has a Few Changes of Heart
Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and Chad (Billy Flynn) talked about her therapy with Marlena (Deidre Hall). At first, Julie didn’t seem up to returning and said her first session would be her last. However, after talking to Chad, she said she would book another session, even if it were simply for comfort. She doesn’t feel like she would ever get over losing Doug (the late Bill Hayes), but eventually, she said she would adapt and be that feisty gal again.

Julie also told Chad that she had a change of heart about Cat (AnnaLynne McCord)—sort of. After thinking a lot about it, she now understood her perspective—that she was strong-armed into doing what she did. And although she still didn’t like what Cat did and didn’t forgive her, Julie decided she could be way less vocal about it. After all, Cat and Chad are friends. However, Chad insisted they’re not friends yet.
Finally, Julie tried hard to change her mind about sleeping in the bed she shared with Doug. We saw her mustering up the courage to go upstairs and return to her bedroom. Did she succeed?
Sarah Threatens Philip But Has Change of Heart About the DiMera Takeover
Actually, it wasn’t so much a change of heart as an acceptance of something that was already in the works. Xander (Paul Telfer) told his wife about him and Philip working together to take over DiMera. The two swore they wouldn’t break any laws. They might bend them, but they won’t break them. Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube.

What Sarah can do is hold Philip’s secret over his head and make sure he will still ensure Xander doesn’t do anything stupid that will end with him in jail, drugged up, dead, or tied up in a lair.
Alex’s Romantic Change of Heart Will Cause Drama
Finally, Stephanie (Abigail Klein) has been part of Alex’s (Robert Scott Wilson) heart for a while now. However, when she started dating Philip, he turned to Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins). Now, the path is clear for Alex and Stephanie. However, he hasn’t broken the news to Joy. A clean break-up is even more impossible now that Joy witnessed Alex and Stephanie kissing while she recuperated in the hospital due to the B&S poisoning disaster.
Will Joy find ways to cling to Alex and make it hard for him and Stephanie to be a couple? Sounds like a B&S storyline.
