The DAYS Star Gives Fans An Update
In a Facebook post, Christopher (Thomas) revealed he had fewer than a handful of DAYS episodes left to air, and shared a message to fans about the actor taking over the role.
“My last appearance on Days of our Lives will be next month. I have 3 more episodes as Thomas DiMera, the next on January 21st. It’s been such a great ride! Please welcome the new Thomas with open arms,” he wrote.
The young actor used the post to promote his next project, the new Amazon series It’s Not Like That, and share what he’s up to now.
“And on January 25th my new Amazon show, It’s Not Like That, premieres! I think you will absolutely love it. And right now I am in Berlin working on an exciting new project,” Christopher stated.
Back in October, Christopher confirmed that he had already wrapped his run on DAYS. However, due to the show’s advanced filming schedule, he would still be on-screen for months.
Since his departure, Christopher has been working steadily. Christopher had a guest-starring role on Chicago Med and appeared in the HBO Max horror film Weapons alongside Josh Brolin, Amy Madigan, and Julia Garner.
The actor can also be seen in the upcoming Lanterns DC series, slated to premiere later this year on HBO Max. Lanterns DC also stars Kyle Chandler and The Rookie star and One Life to Live alum Nathan Fillion.
Christopher’s exit is one of several happening on DAYS this spring. There has been no word yet on who will take over the role of Thomas or when the new actor will debut.
