Days of Our Lives (DOOL) star Billy Flynn has been a very busy man working on outside film projects and now you can get a glimpse of the fruits of his work.
The first film is a thriller called Escape Room that’s touted as an innocent night of fun as six friends test their intelligence in a game that takes a dark turn — becoming a cruel game for survival. Flynn plays the character of Victor, but how he fits in to the plot is unclear.
It was directed by Will Wernick and will be released on Oct. 17 — available on DVD, Digital HD, and On Demand from Lionsgate. You can see the trailer below.
Late last year, Flynn also shot a remake of the 1950 film D.O.A. (and remade with Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan in 1988) — now called Dead on Arrival.
In this version, Flynn stars along with D.B. Sweeney and Scottie Thompson. The lush-looking production is making the rounds at festivals. You can see that trailer below, as well.
