On Days Of Our Lives, the only thing more romantic than a windowless room where you’re being held hostage might be a smoky cabin where you’re chained to the bed.
This week, it’s Gabi (Camila Banus) and Stefan’s (Brandon Barash) turn to be locked up with no food, water, or bathroom facilities. How sexy is that! They exchanged barbs, they exchanged accusations, they exchanged denials… and they took off their clothes and got down to business.
One of Gabi’s accusations was that Stefan railroading her into prison led to the beating that now makes it impossible for Gabi to have another child. But is that really the case, or are we about to see a miracle DiMera baby? How over 17,000 viewers would feel about that:
Baby Love
Oh, for sure, a landslide 95% of you are already making lists of baby names — Gabriel? Stefanella? Viviella? Gabiano? — and picking out nursery decor. This is the perfect time for Gabi to get pregnant, while she and Stefan are still in the ‘you love me/you love me not stage’ of any soap opera relationship.
She won’t be able to keep claiming victimhood. He won’t be able to stay away from the mother of his child. This is the beginning of a beautiful power couple. No…a beautiful power family.
Nip It In the Bud
Only 5% are hoping for the birth control promised by Gabi’s injury. It’s too early for Gabi and Stefan to settle down as a family. They still have a lot more havoc to wreak across Salem.
Gabi’s bitterness stems from being unable to have more children — don’t take that wonderful motivation away from her. And Stefan won’t be able to keep love-hating her if she’s carrying the child he so desperately wants. No babies, a mere 5% of the fans pronounce. Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC.
