It’s been about a year since Marci Miller stopped working at Days of Our Lives and walked away from playing Abby while in the midst of a steaming hot story for the character. Soon after, she was nominated for her first Daytime Emmy. And, in 2019, she was nominated for her second.

With that year in between, Miller has seen a lot and it’s made her appreciate her time on the soap, as well as the many fans she earned while playing Abby’s multiple personalities storyline.

Back amongst her soap pals for the Daytime Emmys, this past Sunday must have made the actress nostalgic — and she shared her feelings on Instagram.

“WHAT A GIFT. Getting to express my love and gratitude one more time to all kinds of folks that made 2 years of my life so sweet. Dearest Daytime, I love you. I have missed you. The time I got to be a part of you changed me, and will come with me for the rest of my life.”

Her former co-workers, like Sal Stowers (Lani) and Stacy Haiduk (Kristen/Susan), left her loving comments. One person, in particular, left her a very loving comment — and that would be the wife of her former co-star, Billy Flynn (Chad) — Gina Comparetto.

“You were a vision! Always a good time hanging with you and @kalecabdeliversbrah ! You’re so talented and I know big things are in your future!”

Those words seemed to mean a lot to Miller. She responded to the comment by sharing one of her own, “You were out of this world stunning! AND, in all the ways you’ve supported your honey’s work, you indirectly supported me. Many double dates in the future. Love ya love ya.”

Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
