The New Abby and the Old: Days of Our Lives’ Marci Miller Gives Props to Kate Mansi

As “Days of Our Lives” loses Kate Mansi as its beloved Abigail, the actress taking over the role offered kudos to her predecessor today–and also gave thanks for having the chance to take over the role.

Marci Miller took to social media and showed fans how grateful she is for being given this amazing Salem opportunity.

So grateful for your LOVE and PATIENCE as I take this very big, very scary, and very exciting step! @katemansi has laid a beautiful foundation that any actor in their right mind would be equally thrilled and terrified to step into! Rooting for her ALL THE WAY as she winds down in these next few weeks on #DOOL . Truly a joy to get to be a part of this family. Much love. Xx

Mansi’s final airdate is June 24, but don’t expect to see Miller bring Abby to life until fall.
