Rafe has finally gotten over Hope on Days of our Lives (and losing little David). Which means he’s ready to move on with his life.
And, in Salem, that has to mean a new woman. Who should it be? What the voters told us:
With the way the show is shoving Ava (Tamara Braun) down our – and Rafe’s (Galen Gering) – throat, 36% of us see the writing on the wall, and figure we might as well go with it. Ava is living in Rafe’s house. She’s confiding in him about Charlie’s (Mike Manning) death. She’s making sad puppy eyes at him. Yeah, like Thanos, they are inevitable.
On the other hand, a near-identical 34% are still holding out hope for a return for Hope (Kristian Alfonso)… and think that Rafe should be too. She left to find Ciara (Victoria Konefal). Ciara is back! Now would be an ideal time for her to come back, too.
A smaller 21% of the audience are rooting for Rafe and Nicole (Arianne Zucker). Sure, she’s still technically married. But Eric (Greg Vaughan) has made it kind of clear that he’s just not that into her. At least, not into her enough to come home and actually spend any time with his new bride. Rafe knows what it’s like to be dumped. He and Nicole can commiserate. And she’s not quite as bad as Ava…
Finally, in last place, with 9% of the vote is Sami (Alison Sweeney). He just dropped murder charges against her. That’s… good. And they were a pretty hot couple once upon a time. Then again, Sami is about to get an unburned EJ back, so she probably won’t have a lot of time for Rafe. Then again, Rafe is used to being the backup guy. Maybe you figure it’s better than nothing?
