Bonnie has some major news for Lucas on Days of Our Lives: Congratulations! It’s a girl!

Bonnie (Judi Evans) gave birth to a daughter while she was on the run, and she claims the baby belongs to Lucas.

Uh, no, Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) countered. Babies come from sex, and, Lucas knows he and Bonnie never had sex. She dumped him while pretending to be Adrienne. Dumping is the opposite of sex. (For most people.)

But Bonnie claims he came to her, drunk, begging “Adrienne” to take him back, and they had sex – he just doesn’t remember. (Not only was he drunk, but he soon found a dead Anjelica, so that may have taken precedence in his memories.)

Do you believe Bonnie’s claims? Fans played human lie detector and here are those results.

Liar, Liar
She’s 100 years old, that’s gross, 87% of you wrinkle your noses in disgust. Bonnie has to be lying through her teeth as a way to stay out of prison. Bonnie may have produced the baby, but how do we know she’s Lucas’s… or even Bonnie’s?

If Lucas needs a daughter to deal with, bring back Allie, his child with Sami (Alison Sweeney). There’s a legacy baby you’re dying to see. And you know she’s real, to boot!

Soapy Truth
Of course, Lucas and Bonnie have a child, 13% of the audience assumes. That’s how soaps work. A baby with Bonnie would be the expected monkey wrench in his and Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) relationship, but, in the end, how much trouble could she be, really?

Having a kid doesn’t exempt one from prison, so Bonnie can still get sent to the slammer, and Lucas will have their daughter to raise. Chloe has Parker. They can combine families and be super modern. It’ll be fun!

Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
