Eli Grant was raised by a strong mother on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) — and it looks like Lamon Archey was as well as he pays tribute to the women in his life.
The handsome actor took to Instagram and shared a snap of himself seated with all the women in his life – and the caption warmed our hearts.
“I wouldn’t be the man I am today if it weren’t for these women. We owe the women in our lives the world, and then some! #Family #Love”
Two of those special women include his fiancée, model/actress Mercedes Cornett and their five-year-old daughter Gaia.
Knowing the special place women have in his life will help him instill these same feelings in two very special young men — his sons Machiah, who is 15, and Caden, who is eight.
He has shown them a wonderful role model — a man who cares deeply about his family — and his craft. Archey has been knocking it out of the park with his performances on DAYS, showing the pain that Eli has experienced after losing his infant son, David Abraham Grant.
It’s been chock full of angst in Salem as Eli tries to toe the line of being there for Lani (Sal Stowers) but also not burdening her with the pain he’s feeling. Eli recently crossed the line and tried to comfort Lani with a simple kiss.
But she was not having any of that and stopped him cold. It’s a shame she hasn’t realized what an incredible man she has by her side — but it’s Salem — that could change at any minute.
Days of our Lives (DOOL) airs weekdays on NBC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
