Salem needs to find out that Gwen switched the antidotes which led to Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) losing her mind, and then not just Xander (Paul Telfer), but her entire family, including Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), needs to turn their back on her, make it clear she isn’t wanted, and drive her out of town. Torches and pitchforks strongly encouraged, 69% urge.

Shunning isn’t good enough for her, 26% of the audience counters. Gwen needs to do some serious jail time. She didn’t just lie to her fiancé, she committed an actual crime. If Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) is sitting in prison for stabbing Sarah with that syringe, shouldn’t Gwen be punished even more for being the one to put the poison in it?

A tiny 5% of you are bleeding hearts, it seems. You don’t want Gwen arrested or punished or ostracized. You think she deserves love and pity. Don’t you remember her sad story? Let’s review: No Daddy — sads. Careless mommy — sads.
Foster homes, and bad boyfriends, and a stint in the loony bin — tres sads. Sure, she had a guy who genuinely loved her. But then his ex came back, and, well, what’s a girl to do but commit attempted murder. Who among us hasn’t done the same, after all?
