Days of Our Lives Star Judi Evans Grieves Unexpected Personal Loss

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) star Judi Evans experienced something she didn’t see coming this past week.

The almost always-smiling soap star got devastating news about her beloved horse, Gucci Boots, who developed an incurable condition. Rather than see her lovely animal live in pain, she did an incredibly generous thing and let her go.

“I just wanted to thank everyone for your patience and support,” shared Evans via Twitter. “I’m slowly coming back. We had the most amazing to [sic] years together, and she will always be remembered as the serious Alpha Female, who had the biggest heart, and loved fiercely.

“She was magnificent. Exquisite in every way. I love you Gucci Boots. Please wait for me on the rainbow bridge until we can be together again…You were better than the best!”

Soap Hub sends condolences to the Emmy-winning actress on this huge loss.
